This half Watusi steer is believed to have one of the widest horn spreads in history. He is 120 inches t2t. This half Watusi is owned by Larry Smith Jr. of Glen Rose, Texas. As a result of this magnificent steer and other like him, DCCI continues a Watusi breeding program started in 1979. High percentage Watusi with a percentage Texas Longhorn are produced at DCCI and available for purchase. The Watusi x Texas Longhorn blend is great.
