The Queen cows of Dickinson Cattle Company Inc. (DCCI) date an origin back to 1967 with the first calf (Caledonia) still important in the direct ancestry of the clone cow Shadow Jubilee. The desired color and rich heritage of 1967 genetics were selected for the same qualities as today.
The DCCI Texas Longhorn sale inventory at www.texaslonghorn.com are in every case related to these Queen cows. DCCI is the home of one owner cattle. For 41 years pedigrees have been evaluated and carefully blended. The results blend, out cross and line breed to achieve the best from the best.
Over the years great sires have been developed, raised and bred at DCCI; respected sires Emperor, Phenomenon, Superior, Rangers Ranch Hand, Overwhelmer, King, Senator, The Shadow, Tabasco, Unlimited, Don Quixote, Fielder, Jet Jockey, Mile Marker, Not Gunna, Winchester, Over Kill, Super Bowl, Tempter, Victory Lap, Win Win, and Zhivago.
